Lactation & Holistic Sleep Support
A free, 45-minute masterclass for nursing parents who want a smooth transition back to the office—without feeding pressure, controlled crying, or exhausting guesswork.

As the end of your leave approaches, the conflicting online advice can feel overwhelming. You are stuck between clashing attachment parenting models and rigid, cry-it-out sleep training books.
If you are staring at the calendar trying to figure out how to balance deadlines with your baby’s biological needs, you are likely asking yourself:
“Will returning to work mean I have to night-wean or separate from my baby to get sleep?”
“How do I make a pumping schedule that actually maintains my supply?”
“What if my baby refuses the bottle at childcare, or starts waking up constantly the minute I head back to the office?”
You don't have to navigate this transition alone. There is a way to bridge evidence-based science with responsive care.
-
Most online sleep advice treats sleep as a purely behavioral issue. But as a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I view sleep and feeding as an interconnected biological system.
Attempting to force rigid sleep metrics under 6 months (or any age for that matter) fails because it ignores infant feeding, physiology, and your own biology. According to the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (ABM) Clinical Protocol #37, traditional behavioral sleep training is contraindicated in the first 6 months due to acute infant stress responses and the serious biological risk of crashing your milk production.
Inside this free masterclass, I walk you through the real science.
-
Part 1: Neuroscience of the 4-Month Sleep Shift
Brain Changes: Understand the maturation of your baby’s brain as they transition into more mature sleep patterns.
Environmental Shifts: Learn why your baby is suddenly hyper-sensitive to light levels and how to manage the mini-wakes.
Part 2: Deconstructing Reverse Cycling & Separation Anxiety
Reconnection: Discover why babies frequently shift their total milk intake to evening and overnight hours when a parent returns to work. (Hint: It’s an adaptive biological response to protect your supply and reconnect emotionally—not a bad sleep habit) .
Breast Storage Capacity vs. The Clock: Learn why forcing a 4-hour feeding interval or an arbitrary 12-hour night can physically crash milk supply, and how to map out a strategy unique to your body.
Part 3: Childcare Hand-off & Pumping Logistics
Caregiver Tools: Clinical guidelines for responsive feeding bottles during childcare intervals to prevent bottle aversions.
The FIL Mechanism: How to plan a realistic pumping schedule that aligns with your baby's natural rhythms and prevent supply drops or inflammation.

During the class, I will be sharing tons of clinical knowledge. However, every infant possesses a unique rhythm, every workplace presents a different logistical challenge, and every family benefits from personalized support.
If you attend the masterclass live, you will get priority access to open slots on my calendar to get your 1:1 support with me scheduled. Whether you need comprehensive, multi-week oversight through the Full Circle Sleep Package or acute intervention for bottle feeding hurdles through the 3-week Bottle Troubleshooting Sprint, we will design a personalized, evidence-backed care plan that protects your career and your bond.
Note: This masterclass is an educational space designed to empower professional families. Attendance does not establish a formal clinical relationship, but it will give you the solid knowledge-base you need to thrive.
