When my first child arrived in 2015, I thought I was prepared for everything. Instead, my world was turned upside-down by the beautiful, exhausting reality of newborn life. Short naps, the crib protest, and the relentless 30-minute cycles—I experienced it all. At the time, I felt like I was failing, especially when faced with standard pediatric questions about sleeping alone that didn't reflect our reality.
After a heartbreaking attempt at traditional "crying it out," I knew there had to be a more responsive way. I spent years navigating the overwhelming noise of the internet, eventually finding the work of Dr. James McKenna. Through trial, error, and a release of parental guilt, I gained the confidence to safely co-sleep and honor my family’s unique needs.
You don’t have to struggle through the isolation I felt. My mission is to bridge the gap between clinical evidence and your parental intuition, so you can find your way to rest without losing yourself (or your bond) in the process.

As an IBCLC, I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless families through the complexities of infant feeding. Time and again, I saw parents desperately searching for sleep guidance that didn't compromise their nursing relationship. I realized that to provide the Full Circle of care my clients deserved, I needed to deepen my own clinical understanding of sleep.
In 2024, I completed the OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coaching program through Baby Em—one of the most rigorous and evidence-based certifications available. Today, I combine that advanced training with ongoing research to offer a truly integrated approach.
